Miso Soup

Look Mom, I'm eating!

Erin's sick, so I decided to make some soup. She's yet to try any, but Enoch and Chris like it. It tastes just like the one from one of my favourite sushi restaurants downtown. 

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/3 cup white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1 sheet of dried and shredded yakinori 
  • 1/2 lb. of firm tofu, diced into small cubes
  • packet of soy sauce
