Look Mom I'm Eating: Smoothie Edition

I try to buy mostly by what's on sale or cheap each week, and usually it all sorts out to somewhat of a coherent menu. This past week however, the only sale items of interest were yogurt and frozen fruit. Enter the smoothie.


I've been playing around with different combinations, and they're all quite scrumbos. I think my favourite so far is strawberries with carrot, mango, and skim milk powder. 
One of the smoothies alone is 215 calories, 0g of fat, 11g of protein, 77% of my daily vitamin A, 191% of my daily vitamin C, and 28% of my daily calcium. Yeah for nutrition!
